Your First Visit

Before the appointment:
Please fill out and submit your patient history forms if you are transferring over any previous X-rays or information from your previous dental office. Click Here For Our Forms.

When to arrive:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointed time.

What to bring:
Please bring your dental insurance information, a valid ID, and a list of medications.

What to expect:
Nervous? You are not alone! This is why we treat all our patients with gentle care. At the first appointment, the dental assistant or hygienist will take digital X-rays. Then the doctor will read the X-rays and perform the clinical exam. This involves evaluating much more than just the teeth! We will look at the gums and muscles of the mouth too. The doctor will then talk with you and create an individualized treatment plan for you.

Do you Accept Medi-Cal?
Yes, we are currently accepting Medi-Cal insurance.

Is my insurance accepted?
Yes, at The Shores Dental we are in network provider with most PPO dental Insuranaces. As a courtesy, we can file the insurance on your behalf. We have hundreds of patients that utilize insurance and we will do everything we can to maximize your insurance benefits. We promise to treat you the best you have ever been treated in a dental office.

I don’t have insurance, can I do a payment plan?
CareCredit is a convenient, flexible way to pay for treatment. It works by allowing you to pay monthly for your treatment (no insurance needed). They offer interest free financing and after you apply, you will receive a credit decision immediately. The best part is, you can use your CareCredit immediately. You may apply for Carecredit in the comfort of your home by using their website.

Dr. Ayman Naser is committed to helping you achieve excellent dental care, a lifetime of good oral health and to providing a superior patient experience in every visit. Dr. Ayman chose to maintain a private practice rather than an in-and-out franchise model because he believes in long-term patients where he can be your consultant, your physician and your friend. He is extremely keen on communicating the process and procedures that best fit your needs and your circumstances.
